《唐韻》胡簳切,音旱。《玉篇》草名。《食物本草》䓍 菜,柔莖細葉,三月開花黃色,結細角,角內有細子,根、葉皆可食,俗呼辣米菜。《林洪·山家淸供》朱晦庵飮後輒以䓍 菜供蔬品,旴江、建陽、嚴陵人皆喜食之。
